Goat milk is easy to digest. The fat globules are smaller. Do to Goat milks smaller size globules, combined with the lack of agglutinin gives the goat milk a creamier texture in the mouth. The fat or (cream) will not easily separate from the remaining ingredients, causing the milk to remain naturally homogenized. Cow milk is mechanically homogenized to prevent the fat (cream) from separating from the milk.
Goat milk has higher levels of medium chain triglycerides (MCT) 35% in goat milk vs 17% in cow milk. These MCT provide energy without being deposited in fatty tissue of the body. And at the same time, they have the triple effects of: lowering cholesterol, dissolving cholesterol deposits, and preventing cholesterol deposits.
